Now we are in month four of 2022, things are a much better situation globally in relation to COVID-19 than the last two years. Many events and borders are “open” to some degrees but there are still many barriers stopping us confirming acts, venue’s, travel, accommodation and investing in the event. There are some strict travel restrictions in place especially for those who are not fully vaccinated. The wearing of masks indoors is still in place, the rules are constantly changing for both better and again worse. Still things are not certain and the situation for partying in Ibiza in 2022 could well be a watered-down version of what we all expect and deserve and a considerable proportion of our attendees unable to attend. We are also have considered a worst-case scenario, that following the peak August season the Spanish or Balearic Authorities may tighten restrictions again. By then many of you will have booked leave from work and have committed to flights and hotels. The end result is we can not guarantee the kind of event we ran before Covid and intend our next edition to be just now, nor can we just throw this event together in the short period of time we are now left with

Please understand this is a very hard decision for us to make. We have already suffered financially having to postpone last two editions. but to many things are uncertain. Lets do this properly when we know that you all of us can join, thus we are giving plenty advance notice. In 2023 we will return to the Island.
